Doughnut 250g , 1 Large egg 50 g, 100ml Water, 4 tea spoons dry yeast 8 g
Add all the ingredients to a mixing bowl.
Simply blend backaldrin ‘s premium donut mix with water and yeast, until dough is smooth.
Leave dough to rest for 25 minutes.
Knead on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
Roll out dough until 1cm thick.
Cut the dough with a doughnut cutter
Cut the dough with a dough into circles and leave for 10 minutes to rest
Create inner holes with your fingers until you get the desired doughnut shape.
Place dough in a warm place or cover with a clean cloth, and let rise until it doubles in size.
While the dough rests, heat oil to 170 C.
Fry doughnut in hot oil until golden brown.
Keep in a cool and dry place
