100ml vegetable oil , 3 large eggs 150 g ,150 ml water
Preheat your oven at 160-190 C depending on oven type, as temperatures will vary according to brand.
Grease your pan with oil or butter, and sprinkle a dash of flour to the base and sides to prevent stick ness.
Simply blend backaldrin ‘s premium red velvet mix with the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl .Beat the mixture manually for 3 minutes using whisk, or for 1 minute using an electric mixer on low speed, then switch to medium speed for another 2 minutes, and adjust the speed to a high setting for one final minute until the consistency is right.
Pour the mixture in your pan and bake it as stated below. Your red velvet should be ready when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Enjoy your muffin after cooling for 10 minutes
