95 ml vegetable oil, 3 large eggs 150g, 100 ml water
Preheat your oven at 160-190 C depending on oven type, as temperatures will vary according to brand.
Simply blend backaldrin ‘s premium vanilla muffin mix with the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl .Beat the mixture manually for 3 minutes using whisk, or for 1 minute using an electric mixer on low speed, then switch to medium speed for another 2 minutes, and adjust the speed to a high setting for one final minute until the consistency is right.
Divide batter evenly among prepared muffin cups, while making sure to fill each 2/3 full ,to allow muffins to expand when baked.
Bake for 17 to 22 minutes. Your muffins should be ready when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Enjoy your muffin after cooling for 10 minutes.
