Marika Extra Fine Icing Sugar is extra-fine powder sugar made by grinding white sugar into a fine powder. This icing sugar extremely fine-ground white sugar with a texture that’s soft and powdery, not granular contains around 3 percent starch (to prevent clumping) and is often used in making cakes plus other bakery products, icings and frostings or dusted over desserts.
