70ml cold water / sachet

Simply pour the contents of backaldrin’ s rosellia whipping cream sachets into a medium-sized bowl.

Add 70ml of cold water per sachet, preferably at a temperature range of 10 C, as indicated in the above recipe .

Blend the ingredients with an electric mixer on a high-speed setting for 5 minutes until you get the desired consistency.
