A ready premix for the preparation of pound cake.
Recipe:
1000gms Sand Cake mix, 550gms eggs, 400gms oil/butter/ margarine.
Mix all the ingredients together beat for 2-4 minutes at slow speed at 160 C -180C.
Bake for 25 – 50 minutes.
