Recipe:

  • Vienna Sponge Cake Vanilla 1000g,  Eggs 650g, Water 200g
  • Mix all the ingredient at low speed for 1 minute and then at high speed for 6-7 minutes.
  • Bake at 170- 190 C for 35 mins
