We pledge to deliver your order in the best condition, so if damages happen, do let  us no. 

Product refunds shall be promptly offered within 5 days from order receipt on  condition that: 

You discover that there is something wrong with the product, such as  packaging damage or a quality issue. 

You discover that the product is beyond its shelf life 

You discover a missing product from the delivered items 

The product is in its original packaging and unused

Returns for perishable products

Unless there’s something wrong with the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer a  refund for any perishable items you change your mind about after your delivery.

How do I request a refund?
